Shipping

Many of The Curious Tinker’s goods are compact and light. We intend to use that advantage instead of turning shipping into a second profit center.

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.

That covers normal U.S. orders. If an unusually large or heavy item needs different handling, the product page will say so before checkout. If multiple unshipped orders are going to the same recipient and address, we may combine them and refund duplicate shipping charges.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Additional destinations may be added later.

Processing time

Unless a product page says otherwise, in-stock items normally leave the workshop the next business day after order processing and final inspection. Small-batch or made-to-order goods may show a longer lead time.

Tracking

When the carrier provides tracking, the tracking information will be sent with the shipment notification.

Address problems

Please check the shipping address carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible; once a parcel has entered the carrier network, options may be limited.

Damage or loss

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details so we can investigate.
